Courtney Kemp, LCSW

I’m Courtney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Balanced Minds Healing. I provide online therapy for adults in Idaho and Nevada, specializing in ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, depression, nervous system & executive function support.

I work with neurodivergent adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, burnt out from masking, or exhausted from trying to fit into systems that were never built for the way their brain works. Maybe you struggle with executive dysfunction, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, sensory overload, people-pleasing, rejection sensitivity, or the constant feeling that you’re somehow “behind” or '“too much.”

My approach to therapy is warm, real, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel human. not cold, clinical, or like you have to explain every part of yourself perfectly. Through virtual therapy, we’ll make space for the messy parts, build on your strengths, and work toward helping you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself.

You’re not too much here.
