  • You can click the Book button at the top of the page to verify your insurance through my telehealth platform, Headway. From there, you’ll be able to see whether I am contracted with your specific insurance plan and what your estimated cost or copay would be before scheduling.

  • Yes, online therapy can be very effective for many people. It can be especially helpful if you prefer the comfort of your own space, have a busy schedule, live in a rural area, or feel more at ease meeting virtually.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what support may feel most helpful. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting.

  • You can reach out through the contact form to schedule a consultation or request an appointment. From there, we’ll see if we’re a good fit and talk through next steps.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, especially when they are wanting more consistent support. Over time, we can adjust frequency based on your needs, goals, and progress.

  • That’s okay. You do not need to show up with a perfect plan. We can start with what feels most present, stressful, confusing, or heavy that week. Sometimes the most helpful sessions begin with, “I don’t even know where to start.”
